TIMING WHAT TO EAT
As soon as you wake up in the morning – around 6 to 7 o’clock

 

Eat orange, lemon, mosambi or any other fruit, which suits you.
Breakfast – Between 8 and 10 pm

 

Non-vegetarian– Brown bread – Omelette or boiled egg etc.

Vegetarian – Low-oil paratha, poha or upma with tea, coffee or green tea.

 

Brunch – between 11 to 12 noon. Any seasonal fruit of your choice or a bowl of fruit salad and some balanced amount of dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins etc.)
Lunch Between-  1 to 2 pm

 

Non-vegetarian – Lentils, rice, fish/egg/chicken curry, two to three rotis and salad in balanced quantity.

Vegetarian – Two to three rotis, lentils, some rice, a mixed vegetable or vegetable of your choice, salad and curd.

 

In the evening, between 4 and 5 pm

 

Herbal tea or coffee can be taken along with peanuts, makhana, puffed rice or boiled gram.
Dinner between 10 and 11 o’clock Non-vegetarian – three to four rotis and egg or chicken or fish curry, salad.

Vegetarian – three to four rotis, one vegetable, lentils, salad.
