History of Present Illness

Patient was asymptomatic 2year back but gradually started to feel dull pain in lower pelvic region and tenderness in stomach accompanied by thick white discharge and vaginal itching.

On enquiry, she further told us that she experience pain during intercourse and burning sensation during urination.
